Sugar-Free Indian Desserts For Diabetic Patients
Ragi Coconut Ladoo Recipe
- Ragi or fillet flour- one cup
- Powdered Jaggery- quarter cup
- Roasted peanuts- quarter cup
- Grated coconut- quarter cup
- Salt- a pinch
- Add flour, salt, and water(one few tbsps) in a bowl. Mix it with hands
- Add coconut to the mix and roast the mixture in a pan for 10 minutes
- Cool the mixture and add jaggery and peanuts
- Mix it well and make ladoos
Low Sugar Sandesh
- Cottage cheese- 150 gms
- Grated khoya- half cup
- Crushed cardamom- 4
- Saffron- a pinch
- Powdered Jaggery- 6 tbsp
- Almond flakes- 6
- Mix all the cottage cheese, jaggery, and khoya in a bowl.
- Mash it well with the hands till it turns smooth.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and saffron and again mix
- Put it in the refrigerator and then cut the Sandesh in the desired shape
- Garnish with almond flakes and enjoy home-made Sandesh
