  • Egg whites- 4
  • Skimmed milk- 4 tbsp
  • Spray oil
  • Sugar-free maple syrup- 2 tbsp
  • Strawberries- 8 sliced
  • Wholewheat bread- 2 slices

Method:

  • Spray oil to the pan and heat for a second
  • Whisk the egg whites and milk in a bowl
  • Dip the bread slices into the eggs, cover each side well with the mixture
  • Drip off the excess of the mixture and place into the pan
  • Cook each side for a minute

  • Coconut oil- 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg- 1/4 tsp
  • Orange juice- 1/4 cup
  • Almond milk- 1/4 cup
  • Whole grain bread- 8 slices
  • Maple syrup- 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Whisk eggs and all the other ingredients in a bowl.
  • Soak each bread slices into this mixture for 2 minutes
  • Spray coconut oil to the pan and add bread slices to the pan after a minute
  • Cook each side evenly
  • Drizzle the syrup and garnish with fruit toppings.
