Bridge Pose

Strengthen your pelvic muscles with bridge pose so that you don’t experience any pain while making love.

  1. Get on the floor on the back
  2. Bend your knees and spread your feet a bit
  3. Keep the arms on the floor
  4. Push your middle torso upward without lifting your head and shoulder
  5. Hold on for few seconds
  6. Release and repeat

Balasana is a good one to stretch your hips and strengthen your lower back. Plus, you can even try this position as a sex pose as well.

  1. Again get down on the floor on the back
  2. Lift your legs up and bend the knees
  3. Open the legs while holding your toes
  4. Bring back to the normal position and repeat

Child Pose

A pose for deep relaxation and ease stress

  • Kneel down on the floor with arms on the floor
  • Push your upper body backwards and rest your thighs on the heels
  • Stay in the pose for few seconds and then release

Cobra pose

Again a good yoga pose to ease muscle tension and strengthen your back, here’s how to do cobra pose

  • Lie down on the floor on the stomach
  • Pull your upper body up with the support of arms
  • Look straight and hold for a while and then release

Downward dog pose

Stand with feet at a distance apart

  • Bend down without pushing your hips backwards
  • Rest your arms on the floor to make an invert V pose
  • Release the pose after holding for few seconds
